Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation Policy** Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. If cancellation occurs within this window, a 1% fee of the booking amount will apply. **Rescheduling Policy** Any reschedules to the original booking must be done within 24 hours of the appointment time. Any rescheduling after the 24-hour window will result in a 1% charge to the customer.
